• Symptom and mood logs
• Kick counter data
• Vitamin and supplement tracking
• Caffeine intake logs
• Water intake logs
• Blood glucose and GDM monitoring data
• Meditation session logs and streak data
• Postpartum wellbeing assessment responses (EPDS screening — 5 questions)
• Quick symptom logs (12 categories including mood, discharge, digestion, skin, cravings)
• Hospital bag checklist state
• Partner sharing data: invite codes, family member connections, privacy settings
• Expense logs (pregnancy-related expenses)
• Meal plans (AI-generated weekly meal suggestions)
• Prenatal test reminders

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Error logs for app improvement

• To provide personalised pregnancy and baby development content
• To power our AI assistant with context about your journey
• To generate health tracking charts and insights
• To send educational reminders and notifications (never medical alerts)
• To improve our app and content quality
• To provide customer support

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Row-level security (RLS) in our database
• Encrypted backups
• Regular security audits

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our app (hosting, analytics)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• With your explicit consent

In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act):

• Consent: We obtain clear consent before collecting any personal data
• Purpose Limitation: Data is collected only for specified, lawful purposes
• Data Minimisation: We collect only what is necessary for app functionality
• Right to Access: You can request a copy of all your data at any time
• Right to Correction: You can update or correct your information in the app
• Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Data Breach Notification: We will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board within 72 hours of any data breach

Seed to Six is designed for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The child data collected (date of birth, developmental milestones) is entered by the parent or guardian.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude: AI assistant (your question text is sent to Anthropic to generate a response; no name, email, or device identifier is sent)
• PostHog: First-party product analytics (screen views, feature taps, funnel events). Session replay is disabled. Data is used only to improve Seed to Six and is not shared with advertising networks or data brokers.
• Sentry: Crash and error reporting. Screenshots, view hierarchy, request bodies, email and IP address are stripped before any event is sent.
• Razorpay: Payment processing (we do not store card details)
• Expo: App distribution and over-the-air updates

We do not use any advertising SDK, attribution SDK, or data broker. We do not collect the IDFA (Apple advertising identifier). Data collected by these services is not linked with data from any other app or website to track you across services.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Our website may use essential cookies for functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. The mobile app does not use cookies.

Seed to Six does not track users in the sense defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not link data collected from this app with data collected from other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or advertising-measurement purposes, and we do not share data with any data broker. Because of this, the iOS app does not request the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt.
