How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
Does Seed to Six work offline?
Yes! Premium users can access activities, health logs, and Garbh Sanskar audio without an internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect. Free users need an internet connection for most features.
How do I invite my partner?
Open the app, go to the Partner Hub section on your home screen, and tap "Invite Partner". You'll get a 6-digit code that you can share via WhatsApp. Your partner downloads Seed to Six and enters the code to connect.
How is my health data protected?
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security so only you can access your data. We never sell or share your health information with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app: go to Profile > scroll to bottom > tap "Delete Account". Alternatively, email privacy@seedtosix.com with your registered email. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Visit our Delete Account page for full details.
The app crashed or a feature isn't working. What do I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check that you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If it still doesn't work, email support@seedtosix.com with your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened. Include a screenshot if possible.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Seed to Six > Cancel. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Seed to Six > Cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is Seed to Six a medical app?
No. Seed to Six provides educational information only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or paediatrician for medical decisions. Every health screen in the app includes a medical disclaimer.

Garbh Sanskar is an ancient Indian practice of nurturing the baby in the womb through music, mantras, positive thoughts, and spiritual practices. Seed to Six offers scientifically curated shlokas, classical ragas, Bollywood lullabies, and guided meditation as part of this tradition.
Can I get a refund?
